The Modulightor Building located at 246 East 58th Street, a significant design by Paul Rudolph, is now a designated New York City Landmark. Designed in 1989, the initial construction was completed in 1993.

The Landmarks Preservation Commission has designated Ulrich Franzen’s Barkin, Levin & Company office pavilion in Long Island City an individual landmark. Check out the amazing Franzen-signature ceiling vaults.
Philip Johnson’s historic Brick House, located on the grounds of the Glass House and closed since 2008 will reopen this spring to coincide with the Glass House’s 75th anniversary. The site’s $1.8 million restoration is almost complete.
