In July 2023, we shared news about The Cape Cod Modern House Trust’s project to raise $1.4 million to purchase Marcel Breuer’s Wellfleet, MA, house and prevent it’s demolition. In late July we heard from the Trust that its purchase of the house and property had successfully been completed. Renovations are planned for an immediate start. The trust promises regular updates on the work and discoveries made along the way.
