The Martin House in Buffalo, NY will be hosting candlelight tours of this FLW-designed home for three Thursdays in December. Guests will enjoy visiting spaces not available on other tour offerings.

The Skyscraper Museum hosts historian and curator Teresa Fankhänel for a program that offers an alternative history of American modern architecture, highlighting the often-overlooked influence of architectural models and their makers. Fankhänel’s research is based on the recent discovery of Theodore Conrad’s fully-preserved private archive—models, photos, letters, business files, and drawings.

Pinkcomma Gallery in Boston is presenting an exhibition documenting hundreds of previously unpublished built projects by The Architects Collaborative (TAC). Founded in Cambridge, MA in 1945 by eight equal partners, including Walter Gropius, TAC was the largest, exclusively architecture office in the US by the 1970s.
